I'm Abi — someone who builds things to solve problems, whether that's a full-stack system or a community program from scratch.

My background sits at the intersection of technology and people. I studied Information Systems at Universitas Indonesia, but the real education happened in the field: distributing IDR 200 million in business grants to 70 local entrepreneurs in North Sumatra, architecting a helpdesk ecosystem for a school management platform serving 2,800+ students, and running fundraising campaigns that reached hundreds of thousands of people online.

I believe the best solutions come from understanding the human problem first — then deciding whether the answer is a line of code, a program design, or both.

Experience

My own software business, run as a three-person team. I set the product direction and make the technology decisions: what we build, for whom, how it is priced, and how it is architected
Decaf PoS: a point-of-sale system for cafés and small F&B businesses that keeps taking payments when the internet drops and shows the real profit on each product. In production since 21 Aug 2026 and used by 4 F&B businesses
Each client's data is isolated by the database itself (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security), and offline sync is designed so a retry can never charge twice
Decaf Operations Platform and decaf.id: one system for tasks, CRM pipeline, cashflow, and documents, live 10 days after the first commit and used daily by the whole team

Main point of contact for 14 partner schools on Siswamedia's LMS and school management platform, from onboarding to daily use. Migrated data for 2,851 students, 301+ teachers, and 4,200+ parents
Built support.siswamedia.com, a helpdesk and monitoring hub fed by Mekari Qontak and Google Sheets pipelines. Ticket logging time dropped by more than 75%, freeing about 20 hours of admin work a month
Built a Python/Django Command Center with school health scores and automated PDF reports. Monitoring reports for all 14 schools now take 20 to 30 minutes instead of 5 to 7 hours
Set up Gemini and Groq pipelines that summarize ticket sentiment, so management sees support insights as they come in instead of days later
Since March 2026, also support the Product Owner: building prototypes, helping map user flows, and turning support data into product recommendations

Managed end-to-end business grant program — IDR 200M distributed to 70 entrepreneurs across 5 locations
Designed and delivered a 10-week curriculum on business model creation and financial execution
Built a full-stack cashier & inventory app (Django) → 80% reduction in order processing time, near-zero order errors
Directed Eco-Farming Program: 60 students recruited, 3 harvests completed, 7+ vertical gardens created

Designed campaign activation for pengajar muda programs in remote areas
Collaborated with 2 influencers (290k+ combined followers) → 130k+ Instagram views
Raised IDR 11.843.000 in one month during National Children's Day 2024

BEM UI — Staff of Social Community Department; coordinated community outreach programs
Depok Kita: Program Coordinator (May–Dec 2022), leading three divisions and a team of 20+ people
Sadewa (IT & Program Lead, Jul 2023 – Present): launched sadewaind.org (865 page views, 344 sessions in month one), set up Google Workspace for 30+ accounts across 8 divisions, and later rebuilt the site as a CMS the board updates on its own
